A $200 security/damage deposit is due at the time of booking.

This deposit will be refunded in full when the rental items are picked up.

Please make sure to follow the soft play rules to avoid damage to the equipment. If equipment is damaged upon pick up, you will lose your deposit.

The full rental amount is due upon delivery.

Booking is not complete until the deposit has been made.

*REQUIREMENTS*
*In the event that there is rain, please have a covered area for the equipment. Our equipment can't be used safely if wet.
*Please ensure you have enough space for your rental.
*Rental may be set up indoor or outdoor as long as the area is flat.
*Please ensure there is no rocks or sharp edges in the set up area.
*Please make sure to let us know if there are any special instructions we will need for delivery and set up.
*The latest pick up will be 7 pm, unless previously agreed. We may also be able to offer an overnight fee, depending on availability.
